At Ahmed Perfumes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance journey. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange unopened products within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Ensure the perfume is in its original, unopened packaging and securely place it in a shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Product

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
